Join us for a 30 minute VIRTUAL workout led by personal fitness trainer Heather Sholl on April 7th at 8:30AM CST. All you have to do is claim your free ticket and we will add you to the Google Hangouts meeting. On the morning of the workout, log in to the virtual meeting (you'll get an invite via email) by 8:30AM with a towel and get ready to sweat. There will be a 5 minute cool down included in the 30 minute session so you'll be done by 9AM and ready to face the day!
