Craft Community Day- Houston Center for Contemporary Craft

Join HCCC for Craft Community Day, a free spring event featuring local artist guilds and community groups. Visitors of all ages are invited to see craft demonstrations, visit the resident artists’ studios, and view current exhibitions.

- Watch craft demonstrations by a variety of Houston-area artist guilds and community groups
- See the exhibitions on view: Escaping Earth: The Kinetic Work of Casey Curran, Drawn to the Work: Illustration and Craft in Conversation, and In Residence: 12th Edition.
- Visit the resident artists’ studios
- Enjoy food and refreshments from local vendors
Please note: The HCCC parking lot will be blocked off for demonstrations, but street parking is available nearby. Craft Community Day replaces Hands-on Houston in March. HoH will resume in April!
