Houston public artist Reginald Adams leads the building of a community candlelight labyrinth in tribute to celebrated singer Marian Anderson who broke racial barriers in the performing arts during the mid- 20th century. Performances highlighting HGO’s 68th commission, Marian’s Song (Damien Sneed/Deborah D.E.E.P. Mouton) that will premiere March 5&6, 2020 will feature spoken word artist Tina B and mezzo-soprano Zoie Reams.
