Food & Vine Time Productions

Through the success of Food & Vine Times in 2002, Food & Vine Time Productions launched an effort to super-serve audiences in key areas seeking fun and engaging events in their own community and assist in fundraising for worthy causes in those areas. From this effort, the following events were born:

- Wine & Food Week - 10,000+ guests choose from a broad selection of event offerings designed for both the novice and the serious enthusiast of both culinary and wine. This multi-day, multi-faceted culinary and wine event in The Woodlands encompasses everything from seminars and wine dinners to tastings, chef competitions and more.

- Zest in the West - a "zesty" experience featuring wine tasting with West Houston's finest restaurants in the prestigious Memorial and Westchase areas. Zest in the West attracts business professionals and residents alike. Auctions provide scholarship funds for the West Houston Leadership Institute and funding for the Houston West Chamber of Commerce. In 2009 Foam on the Range launched within Zest in the West as a craft beer foam zone that blazed the trail for craft beer events across the state.

- BrewMasters Craft Beer Festival - Texas' first and largest craft beer celebration that provides a platform for craft brew education and tasting events for the serious enthusiast. Guests enjoy the finer pleasures of brewing and brew knowledge by special and featured guests from across the country. Labor Day weekend at Galveston's Moody Gardens provides the perfect bled of beach and brews serving up fun to over 10,000 guests.

- Katy Sip n Stroll - in Katy's Villagio Town Center, this sipping and strolling community get together is a gathering of fundraising support for Cinco Charities The Ballard House which provides free housing for persons and families of patients receiving medical treatment for serious illness.

- Haute Wheels Houston THE Food Truck Festival - rolls in. They said it couldn't be done because of the mountain of rules and regulations that Houston food trucks face. The popularity of food trucks demanded the festival and the Food & Vine Time Productions team with event champion, Debra Ford, stepped up to pioneer the project. Immediately a sell out. "I Came. I Saw. I Ate." is the motto. Not for the faint of heart, serious foodies about and the movement keeps truckin' forward.

- Wine Fair Cy-Fair - again super-serving a deserving community, Food & Vine Time Productions joined forces with the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce to bring a wine celebration showcasing local Cy-Fair culinary fare. The community came out with overwhelming gratitude to have their own high quality event inOne Fine Affair. An immediate sell out crowd enjoyed wine and craft beer selections all while benefiting deserving organizations in the area.

- Houston Culinary Stars - The ultimate list of Houston's Top 100 Restaurants are unveiled at this event for serious culinary enthusiasts from both the restaurant industry and followers. The much-awarded list is counted down and awards are given to the Top 100 Houston Chefs and Restauranteurs. Attendees sample culinary creations from 20 past winning restaurants.

- Big Brew - launching Houston's Destination craft beer festival in the George R. Brown Convention Center. Featuring 1,000 craft brews, educational seminars, culinary excellence using craft beer, pub crawls, beer dinners and lots of fun spin-off events throughout the week. Produced in partnership with the Houston First Corporation, Big Brew raises funds for the Conrad N. Hilton School.
