Kindli Haus

Kindli Haus, conveniently located in the Historic Houston Heights is the inspiration of Ms. Sylvia Lanz, daughter of renowned Swiss Pastry Chef and Baker Roland Lanz of Roland's Swiss Pastry. Kindli Haus is a taste of Switzerland that offers various gingerbread house and cookie decorating classes, chocolate classes, and tea appreciation classes to appeal to everyone young and old throughout the week. Lanz grew up working in the family bakery and tea room from a very young age. She was always by her mother's side and enjoyed spending time with customers. Her fondest memories were making deliveries to the Houston landmark, the Astrodome. The chefs there always made her feel special by giving her snacks. Now with Kindli Haus she has returned full-circle to spend time with loyal customers from the past while establishing new ones.
