Learning Differences Homeschool Network of Southeast Texas

We are a homeschool group in the Cypress/Northwest Houston/Katy/Spring/Tomball/Woodlands areas for anyone homeschooling one or more kids with any diagnosis that affects learning. Our activities are especially geared toward high- and very-high functioning kids. Our primary focus is to provide a social group where our kids can make friends and be accepted as they are. We also provide a support group for parents. We meet regularly at a community center in Cypress plus other activities in the Woodlands to Katy corridor and occasionally activities in the greater Houston area. We have weekly activities on Fridays, a website with resources which we're always working to expand, a Facebook page, monthly parent-only support meetings, and many other things in the works. We have a $20 per family annual membership fee but anyone interested in the group is welcome to attend activities before joining to meet the group and see if it's a good fit for them.
