Mancuso Neighborhood Library

Named in honor of Frank O. Mancuso recognizing his contributions for enhancing quality of life for the citizens of Houston. Frank O. Mancuso enjoyed a substantial career in professional baseball before entering politics. He was appointed to Houston's City Council in 1963 and served in that body for thirty years under six mayors. Located in southeast Houston, this neighborhood location is designed to be a part of the social fabric, providing localized expertise, access and resources. Libraries are free and open to the public, and always here in your moment of need!
