The Palmer Drug Abuse Program – Houston (PDAP) was founded in 1971 with vision to reach young people who were lost on drugs and bring them into a new and sober lifestyle. For 50 years, PDAP has gone from its inaugural meeting of six teenagers to positively affect countless youth and their families in Greater Houston and beyond.
