Location: Campbell Hall Parking Lot at the Pasadena Municipal Fairgrounds, 7902 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, TX 77507

Schedule:
- 2:00 p.m. — Car Show, Food Trucks & Vendors open
- 4:00 p.m. — Kids' Zone and amusement attractions open
- 4:00 – 9:00 p.m. — DJ and live entertainment by The Slags
- 9:15 p.m. — Fireworks (approximate start)
What to Expect
For the kids: A free Kids' Zone inside Campbell Hall with games, prizes, a balloon artist, plus 10+ free amusement rides and inflatables outside.
Food & drinks: Food trucks and vendors will be on-site. You're welcome to bring your own coolers and food (no glass containers, please).
Staying cool: The air-conditioned Convention Center will be open with the Kids' Zone, a sensory area, and First Aid. Thanks to our partners at Chevron, a misting tent will be set up near the stage to help you beat the heat while you enjoy the event. You'll also find shaded areas throughout the grounds. Be sure to dress for the Texas summer heat!
Restrooms: Available inside the Convention Center, Campbell Hall, the Rodeo Arena, and the BBQ Pavilion, plus porta-potties throughout the event area.
Parking
Parking is free on a first-come, first-served basis. You can park on the grass or in any of the lots around the Fairgrounds.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I set off personal fireworks? No. Personal fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Is there an admission or parking fee? Nope, both are completely free.
Can I bring my own food and drinks? Yes! Coolers are welcome. Just no glass containers.
Will there be vendors? Yes, vendor coordination is handled by Pasadena Market. Interested in becoming a vendor? Contact them at 352-949-9332 or pasadenamarket@gmail.com.
