FREE CONCERT featuring the Bach Society of Houston!

Bach in Schools is a 45-minute presentation for elementary school students focusing on J.S. Bach’s life and music, featuring live performers from the Bach Society’s orchestra and professional choir, and a real-life harpsichord.

The program was designed by music teacher Dawn Denne, and each presentation is led by Bach Society director Rick Erickson. Since its beginning in the 2015–16 academic year, Bach in Schools introduced Johann Sebastian, his music, family, and instruments to over 3,000 children in the Houston area.

Come be a part of this interactive event to learn more about music and history!
