Bellaire Open Air Halloween Market offers Evelyn's Park visitors the luxury of an outdoor shopping experience. Don't miss this market designed to keep visitors in the Open Air. We will have local artisans and small businesses for the whole family. Parking is available at our Newcastle and Mulberry lots. Overflow parking at Bellaire United Methodist Church at Newcastle and Bellaire Blvd.
