Depot Day Fall Fest
Gear up for a day of fun at the Depot Day Fall Fest on Nov. 7, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Tomball Depot Plaza! This free festival combines a celebration of National Model Train Month, and all things fall to create the perfect family outing in downtown Tomball. During this event, Tomball welcomes the Houston Area G Gaugers all the way from the garden railroad at the Rosenberg Railroad Museum, who will bring out their massive model train display to captivate train enthusiasts of all ages! The Tomball Depot Museum will also be open for the entirety of the festival to give everyone the opportunity to get a close look at both the Z Scale model railroad in our freight room, and the O Scale model railroad in the caboose!

Live music will be performed by Camryn Marie from noon to 1:30 p.m., followed by Shameless (a Garth Brooks Tribute) from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
Family-friendly activities will also include trackless train rides, a dedicated Kids’ Zone, fall-themed photo ops, giveaways, and more! Everyone is also encouraged to check out our amazing local vendors that will be on site providing unique products and tasty treats throughout the festival.
