The Health Museum, an interactive health science museum located in the Houston Museum District, will celebrate the people and institutions that play a critical role in creating a healthier world at the annual Health Heroes 2026 Gala on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Hotel ZaZa – Museum District.
Event Chairs Natalie Cangelosi, FNP-C and John Cangelosi, M.D. invite guests to join them at the Health Heroes gala, which will honor the University of Houston Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine. Their focus on preventing and improving poor health - not simply treating it - by preparing students to become primary care physicians that serve underserved communities throughout Houston and Texas makes them most worthy of this accolade is directly aligned with The Health Museum’s goal to empower people to live healthier lives.
The 2026 Health Heroes Gala will feature a lively evening of dinner, cocktails, a live auction, music, and dancing.
