From Stress to Strength: A Program for Parents of Children with Special Needs

Please join us for a 2-part program planned for parents of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The program will train parents in simple techniques that lower stress, depression and anxiety. Doctors, nurses, graduate students from Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children’s Hospital as well as parent leaders will guide the program developed at the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center.
This program will be offered in English and Spanish

PARENT PROGRAM: 9:00am – 1:00pm $10 / person
CHILDCARE: 8:30am – 1:15pm $5 / child
